Arkéa to Integrate NeoXam’s PMS
Paris-based asset manager selects NeoXam technology to bolster front and middle office.
The NeoXam technology operates across Microsoft’s cloud service and will enable Arkéa IS to manage sophisticated portfolios and harmonize streams of information through a single platform. The Tracker solution covers institutional portfolios, mutual funds and equities, and aims to allow a more simplistic and efficient management system that complies with regulations such as the revised Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (Mifid II).
“We were seeking a solution that would provide us with a much more comprehensive, automated way of managing our portfolios,” says Sebastien Barbe, head of the Arkéa IS management board. “For us, NeoXam Tracker 3 fits the bill—its functionality means that we can follow trading positions through the whole process, from electronic order management to matching the portfolio with third-party administrators.”
Florent Fabre, managing director EMEA and group COO at NeoXam, says the solution has been successful thanks to a talented workforce, expertise in regulatory compliance, and a history specializing in both back-office and front-office solutions. “We rely on our skills and history in this area to help our different projects,” says Fabre. “The fact that we have a big client base and a team of experts on this means we are able to develop requests or functionality to follow the different regulations and help our clients.”
