Asia Awards 2022: Best order management system—SS&C Eze

SS&C Eze wins the category for the best order management system (OMS) in this year’s WatersTechnology Asia Awards, thanks to its Eze OMS offering. The platform―which features what SS&C Eze describes as “intuitive workflows” specific to each asset class―is a global, multi-strategy order management system designed to streamline the investment cycle for all asset classes from idea generation through to settlement. It features single-click execution and automatic order routing, while quick send profile buttons enable traders to send orders to pre-defined destinations.

Configurable bump buttons allow users to incrementally increase or decrease orders by specified amounts, and auto-execution rules can be configured in the trading rules engine for low-touch order routing. Users also have access to single-click execution across a large number of global markets and a vendor-neutral network. Eze OMS also features a range of list trading features that can send batches of orders to brokers, manage lists of fees and commissions, and create customized blotters to track order statuses with different brokers.

SS&C Eze intends to focus on enhancing key areas like client service, flexible multi-asset class support, intuitive modeling and analytics, a scalable API, lifecycle compliance, and further OMS/EMS integration. These enhancements are designed to help users improve efficiencies, streamline collaboration, eliminate manual tasks and redundancies, better manage compliance, and mitigate risk.
