Steve Dickey

Dickey was most recently global technology manager at Thomson Reuters, prior to which he was a director at commodities data provider DTN, and was previously global head of market data technology services at MF Global.

Before joining the now-defunct broker-dealer in 2009, Dickey served as senior vice president at derivatives trading software vendor Patsystems, spent a brief stint as managing director of market data services at consultancy Fruition Partners, and spent almost six years as vice president of market data at the Chicago Board of Trade before and after its acquisition by CME Group. Prior to CBOT, Dickey was SVP of global sales and marketing at data, trading and analytics provider CQG.

At OPRA, Dickey will be responsible for managing vendor and subscriber licensing, billing and revenue, setting data fees and policies, and for oversight of its data distribution platform, which is operated by NYSE Technologies' SIAC division.

He reports to Jim Roche, managing director of market data at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, which runs OPRA's administration.
