Ex-ISE BizDev, Ops Exec Joins Crypto Exchange Gemini
Hightower-Sellitto's hire follows the recent appointments of a general counsel and former NYSE technology exec Robert Cornish as CTO as Gemini beefs up its management experience.
Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto, former COO of Nasdaq-owned International Securities Exchange, joined New York-based digital asset exchange and custodian Gemini Trust as MD of operations in September, responsible for institutional onboarding and for Gemini’s client services team.
Hightower-Sellitto spent 13 years at ISE, most of that time in senior business development and product management roles, including responsibility for the exchange’s market data business. Before joining ISE in 2004, she was manager of US client services at UK-based company fundamental data provider Perfect Information.
In her new role, she reports to Cameron Winklevoss, president of Gemini.
