Telerate has lost four sales personnel -- Astrid Degleris, Larry Noel, Michiko Stibagaki and Susan Selby -- and has also seen the departure of Kaori Tsuruki, one of its customer service representatives. A Telerate spokesperson says that three of the four salespeople who left were recruited by "other Wall Street firms." The whereabouts of the departed staffers could not be determined at press time. Selby's departure is something of a surprise given that she only just arrived at Telerate last winter (IMD, Feb. 28). She came from Reuters where she was a key account executive.
In a reversal of the typical move to the egress at Knight-Ridder, Rene Tatnall joined the vendor one month ago as its marketing manager for government debt. Tatnall has worked for, among others, EJV Partners L.P. and Warburg Pincus & Co.
Fame Software executive vice president Eric Resnick is leaving the vendor to take a post with Datastream International. Resnick will take over as Datastream's vice president of North American sales later this month.
McGraw-Hill's Standard & Poor's equity services division has a new vice president -- a replacement for Robert Christie who last month became president of McGraw-Hill's college division. John Zwingli was previously senior vice president of publishing services for S&P Ratings Group.
