A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, Hill brings experience in investment banking and asset management over a career that has spanned more than 40 years to Crux. In 1990, he was co-president and co-CEO of Lehman Brothers years, before joining private equity giant Blackstone as a general partner and member of the management committee. In 2007, Hill was appointed as vice-chairman of the company and served on the board of directors until 2018, when he became president and CEO.

Crux Informatics already works with various buy-side firms, including asset managers and hedge funds, but the company hopes Hill’s appointment will underscore its interest in expanding its place within this segment of the financial services industry.
