Opus Hires D&B, Kroll Vet Kirschbaum to Drive Innovation from Acquisitions
Like new CEO Emanuele Conti, Kirschbaum is also a former executive at Kroll and Dun & Bradstreet.
In his new role, Kirschbaum will be responsible for combining the assets and expertise of Opus acquisitions Hiperos and Alacra to accelerate innovation in delivering compliance and risk management solutions to clients and partners, officials say. He was most recently president of Kroll Compliance, prior to which he was SVP of operations at rating agency Kroll, and vice president of corporate strategy at former Kroll parent Altegrity. Before that, he spent more than seven years at company data provider Dun & Bradstreet in various roles, including vice president of sales and head of licensing and channel partnerships, general manager for enterprise risk and compliance solutions, and manager of corporate strategy.
Kirschbaum’s hire follows the appointment of fellow former Kroll and D&B exec Emanuele Conti as chief executive last September. “Lee’s breadth of experience in the risk and compliance market makes him an ideal fit to continue to drive innovation at Opus and build a pre-eminent global risk and compliance business,” Conti says.
