Alveo unveils latest iteration of ‘Prime’ in the cloud

Alveo, a provider of financial data management solutions, announced the general availability of Prime Cloud, a cloud-based version of its data sourcing, mastering, quality management, access, distribution and analytics platform. Prime Cloud offers a cloud-native, containerized version of Prime based on a microservices architecture using open-source components, including Apache Cassandra as its time series database.

Linedata Partners with Liquid Mercury for Crypto Market Access

Linedata, the buy-side focused trading platform provider, will provide users with access to crypto and digital asset order execution, which will be provided by crypto specialist Liquid Mercury. Through the pairing, Linedata’s users will receive market intelligence and access to crypto liquidity via Linedata’s Longview OMS.

This includes access to dozens of liquidity pools in crypto markets and up to 20,000 asset pairs; a range of assets that trade globally including spot, futures, and options; institutional style workflows and automation; and integration with the custody partners of Linedata’s customers.

Linux Foundation opens European arm

To help encourage open-source collaboration in Europe, the Linux Foundation has launched Linux Foundation Europe, which will be led by Gabriele Columbro, who will also continue to serve as executive director of the Fintech Open Source Foundation (Finos).

Inaugural members of Linux Foundation Europe include at Platinum level: Ericsson; at Gold Level: Accenture; at Silver level: Alliander, Avast, Bosch, BTP, esatus, NXP Semiconductors, RTE, SAP, SUSE, and TomTom; Associate level: Bank of England, OpenForum Europe, OpenUK and RISE Research Institute of Sweden. Participation in Linux Foundation Europe is open to any organization and free for existing Linux Foundation members.

Introhive, OpenFin partner for sales analytics

Introhive, an AI-powered customer intelligence solution provider, is partnering with OpenFin, the application interoperability operating system provider. Through the pairing, mutual customers will be able to access Introhive’s data and analytics for salespeople via’s OpenFin’s interface or directly in Salesforce CRM.
